"I am very happy to write this Testimonial for Ishara regarding her marvellous series of “Releasers” which I have had the pleasure of using since January this year.

The Releasers are a truly amazing tool which I have had the pleasure of using personally as well as introducing them to my clients in my practice.

By using these symbols and utilizing the breathing meditations associated with the symbols, I have found that I have become more focused and indeed have been able to achieve a great deal more in the period from when I first began using the Releaser Symbols until now.  Their energy I have found personally to be gentle but direct and they have given me the impetus to move forward.  Doubts that I may have previously experienced have been released in my thinking and actions allowing me to focus directly on what it is that I wish to achieve.  They have prompted me to action various personal goals.

I do recommend though that those wishing to work with the Releaser Series not underestimate their power and try to work with too many of the symbols at one time.  From experiences that I have witnessed, their power is understated but they are best worked with singularly or with two at one time and then allowing these symbols then to integrate in your life prior to moving on to work with any more of the symbols.

"Hi IshaRa :) I just wanted to share with you a little about the experiences I've had with the Mandalas since the Expo. I have been using the Mandalas much more in my work and have had some lovely results. I use Kinesiology muscle monitoring to choose the appropriate one and mostly I place it on the thymus area of the client - unless the body indicates that it wants it elsewhere. Most clients immediately report a warming sensation and a movement/shift of energy within them that helps them feel calmer, warmer and more soothed almost immediately. Then, when I read through the channeled message that comes with it, they are usually pretty amazed at how very apt it is for them in their lives right at that moment...It can clear a lot of stress for them and/or give them new avenues in their way of thinking about the issue or "problem" they think they have. It also serves the purpose of reminding them who is watching out for them ie, the bringer of the Mandala message. On Wednesday I had a client who is completely "unreligious", and relatively unspiritual, he believes in a Higher Consciousness etc but doesn't pray or talk to them regularly (or at all most of the time!). During the session we were talking about his work stress and his issues with deserving and not having gotten where he had hoped to by his age etc and I kept getting the feeling that there was more for this guy, that he was at a doorway - in fact the image I was getting was of a mighty castle with huge double doors that he was standing in front of and couldn't figure out how to open. Then, through muscle testing, his body asked for a Mandala to help him heal and shift the issue, and, again through muscle testing, we chose the relevant Mandala for him. Wow, imagine our amazement when the one that his body chose for him was No7, which (as you would know :)) is all about doorways of opportunity and growth! So very apt for his needs at that moment! What's more, the fact that it was channeled from God helped him to remember that there was a higher purpose and that he was being looked after and watched over... it was a lovely moment for him and helped him shift a lot of subconscious stress. He walked away from the session feeling much calmer, more connected and more hopeful for a brighter future - it's a big issue he's dealing with and will take more sessions to finally conquer his continuous anxiety, but it was just lovely to see how the Mandala, which could be seen as "just a really pretty picture", was so powerful at helping him shift some of the deeper subconscious stress around his issue. Moments like that seem to be a fairly regular occurrence when I use the Mandalas, especially now that the channeled messages are helping both me and my clients to connect with the deeper meaning on a conscious level and to identify who it is that is helping them. It's just so powerful when a client (or myself!) has an a-ha moment from reading the channeled message - so much old energy shifts in an instant.
